1920's Mack Truck & Low Loader Trailer (N Gauge / Scale) 1:148 scale. The AC proved to be an extremely enduring model for Mack and it remained in production until 1938, with a total of 40,299 produced. The AC was widely used in construction and road-building, with many used in the construction of the Hoover Dam. The AC was among one of the strongest trucks ever made, and solid-tire ACs built in the 1920s were still a common sight in American cities in the 1950s, and not unknown in the 1960s. The AC's chassis, along with that of the AP, was a popular choice for fire engines, in both rigid and articulated forms.

This listing is for our UNPAINTED set, supplied in premium BLACK resin at a discounted price.
Black resin is advantageous for painting, as it eliminates the need to paint undercarriages, hulls, boilers, wheels, inside cabs or other hard to reach places. This is why we choose black resin for all our painted models too! The coverage for painting black is comparable to grey or white resin and can be easily achieved with 1-2 coats of acrylic model paints.
Perfect for the DIY model enthusiast!
(We also offer Painted variations of all our models in our other listings!)
