Painted in bright yellow for international rail regulations and sat on a non moveable bogie (wheels fixed but sit snug on the standard track).
Used across the world. Dockyards, railway yards and all types of constriction, from bridges to signal lights and overhead bridge inspections.
The extended version is 47mm to the top edge of barrier cage- from sitting on level track (measured from track laid on flat ground - no ballast) (so your worker would roughly be reaching above this at 50+mm or so with a standard 14mm figure. Allow another few mm extra height for the thickness of the track ballast used.
We specifically designed this so its a perfect height for various track scenes, such as the wire inspection of overhead bridges, signals or as pictured the repairs to an engine shed shutter.
We have stopped using figures for modern models allowing you to pick and place your own figures as shown. ORANGE FIGURE NOT INCLUDED. Orange bob is used as a representation!
