Skid Steer Loader

Skid steer loaders were first invented in the late 1950's, however it wasn't until the 70's/80's where the market for them really boomed, with thanks to the progression of the liquid cooled diesel engines and hydraulic refinement

Used across the world. Constriction sites, building roads and railways and even popular within the farming community for its versatility.

They are ideal for environments where height is an issue where a excavator cannot be used such as overhead power lines. Lifting capacity varies depending on what size skid steer is being used, but typically they are able to lift 800kg-2t in weight, with excellent off road ability with its 4x4 drive and steering.

This listing is for our UNPAINTED set, supplied in premium BLACK resin at a discounted price.

Black resin is advantageous for painting, as it eliminates the need to paint undercarriages, hulls, boilers, wheels, inside cabs or other hard to reach places. This is why we choose black resin for all our painted models too! The coverage for painting black is comparable to grey or white resin and can be easily achieved with 1-2 coats of acrylic model paints.

Perfect for the DIY model enthusiast!

(We also offer Painted variations of all our models in our other listings!)
