This steam crane, is positioned on a concrete style base. It also comes with a crane operator figurine for that extra realism!
 
  With its increased counterbalance, combined with boiler weight, allowed a greater reach and lifting capacity of around 8 Ton. These steam cranes were very popular in all rail and dockyards around the world, still in use right up until early 1960's in the United Kingdom.
 
This is quite a large model with its boom height reaching the tops of your typical engine shed. This is a real feature piece for your yard. Its designed so it self balances in any orientation.
